Estate Planning Documents Now Available from Cleardocs (for VIC and NSW only)

Last month, Cleardocs released the first documents in our Estate Planning products range. So far, these estate planning documents are only suitable for use in Victoria and New South Wales, with other state based estate planning documents to be released later in the year.
Below you will find a list of the products in the range with links to the relevant product pages.

  • Advanced Health Directive (Medical), more

What do the estate planning document packages include?
The estate planning document packages include:
  • the legal document the person uses to give their power or, for the Advance Health Directive (NSW), to state their wishes or directions about health care;
  • Certificates to be signed by the witness(es)to the signing of the documents;
  • a document in which the appointed person accepts their appointment; and
  • an Establishment Kit to help you with what to do next.
As with all our packages, the legal documents are signed off by top-20 Australian law firm, Maddocks.
