What do the estate
planning document packages include?
The estate planning document packages include:
- the legal document the
person uses to give their power or, for the Advance Health Directive (NSW),
to state their wishes or directions about health care;
- Certificates to be signed by
the witness(es)to the signing of the documents;
- a document in which the
appointed person accepts their appointment; and
- an Establishment Kit to help
you with what to do next.
