From mid-April through to mid-May, Cleardocs has attended the ICAA Business Forums in WA, NSW, SA and here in Victoria.
The Cleardocs booth at all Forums was shared with our Tax & Accounting colleagues from Thomson Reuters.
At Cleardocs having a booth at the conference provides a great opportunity to meet some of our customers. It also gives us a chance to speak to delegates and answer questions that they may have relating to setting up SMSFs, Company Registrations, Family Trusts or about the Cleardocs process.
The delegates came in from all parts of the country for the opportunity to network with each other and undertake important professional development. The ICAA provided many interesting sessions covering a variety of topics – legislation changes, ATO developments, and practise management techniques to name a few. Overall, we received positive feedback on our products and service from a number of our customers including people that haven’t used us but have used our website for research and are now looking to become a customer.
As part of the ICAA Business Forum, we registered new customers with Cleardocs and gave them a Free Document for them to use however they choose to. All ICAA members receive a 10% discount on Cleardocs products.
The next ICAA conference we will be attending is the 2012 SMSF Conference in Sydney in September – I am looking forward to seeing everyone there.
