2012 marks Cleardocs’ 10 year anniversary. With a staff of
three people, Cleardocs opened its virtual doors in May 2002 offering customers
4 products. Our Company Registration document was the first to be sold online
with a direct link to ASIC for immediate registration. Cleardocs were pioneers
of the online legal document world.
Cleardocs continued to grow from its humble beginnings base
in a small office in Sydney to a slightly larger office in Melbourne’s inner
Eastern suburbs. We moved into Melbourne city in 2011, after Cleardocs was
acquired by Thomson Reuters, the world’s leading source of intelligent
information for businesses and professionals.
Over the past 10 years, we have listened to what our valued
customers have asked for and added breadth to our range of products and also
improved the efficiency of document creation. Our service, pricing, quality of
documents and support (by top 20 law firm, Maddocks) remains the same for our
customers.
Today, there are 9 members of the Cleardocs team all
dedicated to keeping Cleardocs ahead of the game. We currently offer 32
documents with new documents being developed and added on a regular basis.
Between August and October 2012, Cleardocs will be running
various promotions to say thank you to our loyal customers and also to welcome
new customers. So look out for our ads in various industry magazines and online
for our special offers.
